Important Notice:
To help cover transaction fees, we kindly ask you to add 3.5% to your total payment when using PayPal.

*Considerations and Payment Policy:

1. ​Application and Initial Payment: 
 

Upon submission of the application, the requested title will be held for 10 business days. During this time, the first payment must be  made. This amount should be no less than $100.  If payment is not received during this time, your title will be released and made available for reservation by another contestant.


2. Payment Plans and Fees

Payment plans cover the entry fee of $850 and any optional competitions.
Ancillary fees, such as the photography fee and additional tickets are not included in the payment plans.

3. Photography Fee

  Each delegate is required to submit a photography payment of $100, which will be paid to the designated photography vendor.
  This fee includes digital access to all photos taken on stage as well as portraits.

  Photography vendor information and the payment link will be provided after your first payment is received.

4. Transaction Fees

Any transaction fees incurred during the payment process, such as bank or processing fees, are the responsibility of the delegate and will not be refunded.

5. Refund Policy

  No refunds will be issued for any payments made to the National Sovereign Miss pageant.
  The refund policy is firm and non-negotiable. Submitting an application denotes understanding of this policy.

6. Payments

  All payments are non-transferable.
  Each payment will include an email receipt and a notification regarding applicable fees.
  If you do not receive confirmation from the national office within 24 hours, please contact us at info@sovereignmiss.com.

7. Consideration

  Entrants are advised to carefully consider their commitment to the pageant before making any payments.
  Sovereign Miss is a self-sufficient pageant, and any withdrawal of payment risks the organization’s ability to meet financial   obligations.
  Please enter with commitment and continue making payments with honor until your fees are paid in full.

ADDITIONAL TICKET PURCHASE:

​

The delegate meal at the Regent's Reception is included in the entry fee, so no ticket is required. However, if you would like friends or family to attend, they must purchase tickets separately. Tickets are priced at $65 each, which covers the meal (including tax and service charge) and the overall event experience. The deadline for Regent Reception ticket purchase is TBD.

When making your payment through PayPal, please include an additional 3.5% to cover transaction fees.
